Wanted to put an ask out for any folks in my feed more familiar with coding than me! Been my biggest struggle trying to figure out how to jerryrig a custom music player overlay, and I feel like I'm NEARLY there- but I want the play button to hover while still allowing the graphic to be clicked through to activate the actual music player underneath-

Made my own custom music player graphics finally! It's still a bit jank how it's set up- but it's a foundation at least. Had fun making the lil bouncing music buddy in the corner too haha~ (its only on the home page for the moment, want to save updating other pages for when I figure out how to make the play button hover .;P)

Finished updating all the backend CSS I'd been wanting to the past while! Was re-organizing and customizing the code from the og template I'd been using, since the template itself fit my needs less and less. Also started cleaning up and adding a few new assets to my Candybar Dollmaker 5 archive, but that's still veryvery slow going :P

Finally finished all the text writeups for my tamagotchi shrine! Just lots of personal stories and rambles of my time with various toys. Also slowly making my way through my pages to clean up and customize the css everywhere. Slooowly but surely making it more my own code than the original template code I started to learn site building from way back in June~

Threw enough spaghetti at the wall and got a fully custom music player working!! Nice floaty buttons custom graphics and is just a simple play and pause. Could probably figure out other custom controls later but never really wanted fancier stuff past this
Really proud of myself finally troubleshooting through enough code I managed to figure out a design for myself that works .;D Wanna make a template graphic an copy of the code from what I learned to share on my freebies page later on!
