sorry for the late reply, but i made the guestbook on my self hosted website! unfortunately because neocities websites are static, you can't really code a guestbook yourself... however, you can use (third party) stuff like https://www.htmlcommentbox.com/

does someone know how to get the ttf file of the (web) ms gothic font on windows? (the one that my site uses) bc i like it a lot, but linux based systems don't have it.

If you're on Windows: find your font folder under C:/Windows/Fonts. Find MS Gothic. Find a website to convert TTC files to TTF files. Drag and drop MS Gothic there. Download your newly created TTF file. Upload to Neocities and done :) I tested this with MS Gothic myself all the way to uploading it to my page. Worked perfectly :)

Jsyk - uploading Windows system fonts to another server is *technically* not allowed under their ToS, but I'm not the cops, so do whatever you want w that info ;)
