I'm not even sure tbh XD Neocities states views are "a count of unique IP addresses requesting pages from a web site per hour ... Visits generally give a more accurate representation of website traffic in terms of real users." I do see bumps in traffic whenever I make updates, but I don't know who all is looking at it. Just a tecnical changed; I split my styles.css in to 4 difererent CSS files that contain the styling for everything proper
