mobile version DONE!!!! the site is now reasonably navigable on phones :D

OK SO!!! i havent done the mobile layout yet (this one is gonna be responsive yayyy) but the desktop layout is looking GREAT and the cookie accessibility system is looking good!! its live now if anyone wants to have a look
