I really love how simple and accessible in navigation your site is. Small web is lovely about self expression in design, but some sites are just so chaotic and heavy on the bandwidth that they become impossible to navigate. i think your site is a great example how accessibility does not require a sacrifice of the mythologized "aesthetic", and in general the place you've made is just so nice to explore.

what are your opinions on inline css. ours is that we like it if it is not point making a whole item id or class for an element

It's too 2000s-era Neopets-tier code for me. I think it's fine if it's for a one-off trick that doesn't need its own item id/class but I don't understand how some people can make entire layouts that way.

oh, that is true. to be frank, neopets don't really say anything to us - mostly because we weren't speaking english back when it would be of our interest! - but an entire layout? nightmare. nightmare

the only time i would like neocities to post what we had updated on our site and it doesn't. MAD

@veyther thank you very much! we will add it to our list of materials to watch, as well as a documentary made about the industrial scene we were meaning to watch

i have. accidentally deleted your comment when i tried to reply to it. but! thank you so much for your compliment on 'how to gut a fish' nonetheless!! it's one of our favorite pieces of writing, and it means a lot to us that someone outside out of our usual sphere has noticed, read and appreciated it so much <3
