The past couple of days I have been watching the US edition of It's Me or the The Dog on youtube and quite frankly, almost /every/ single dog on there that were a 'problem' was down to the owners either neglecting them, being cruel to them, or allowing others to be cruel to them. Some of them were so alarming that I'm surprised that SPCA and equivalent orgs didn't get involved. Heart breaking, really.
Wouldn't be surprised if the children and wives/girlfriends in a lot of the households got the same abuse, too.
