One problem which I am struggling with at the moment is motivating myself to cook properly. This is in due partly to my diabetes - you get to the point where you feel like you shouldn't be eating anything at all because where-ever you look, there is some 'research' that tells you whatever food item you eat is bad. The other issue is that from 2018 - 2020 we lost a dog each year around the same same time (Jaffa and

Colin at the beginning of the month, practically on the same day a year apart) and Misty in the middle of the month a year after losing Colin. I'm trying to reset it so that I feel better about things, but it's frustrating.
