Took Max on a longer than usual walk today and visited some places I've not been for ages. My stamina has improved a lot in the past year or so. A couple of years ago, I took Misty to the same place, intending on walking the same distance I did today and couldn't do it due to pain in my lower back. To folks who struggle with illnesses like arthritis and high blood pressure, things can improve, if you don't try to do
