Couldn't sleep, some quick updates: added some stuff to /todo, more characters to the random character gen, tried out something in the character gen that didn't work out (but that's okay, I learned something), added some more to /frames, added a new button and link to /rentrypixels

Today's upd8s: Added 1 new adoptable site, cleaned out a few bookmarks, added iconbazaar to rentrypixels and dividers, added some new icons to /fanicons, etc misc tiny things
