added back the old self-insert webring. I'll see if I can turn it mobile friendly but doing html in js kinda sucks

to do list changed to be webring. also will try to find a way to simplify the way I do neighbors and updates, that way when I edit them things wont feel so cluttered for me (also so I wont lag when editing...)
