made the blog home page look a bit cleaner, and also added some accessibility options to the blog pages. specifically, making the font size of the text bigger, and also disabling the background to be a dark gray. also added the navigation bar, and a horizontal seperator bar that seperates the blog content and the accessibility options, title, navbar ,date, and go back button
