love reading about your philosophies and approach to life

I have a tough time with hoarding and it's a constant battle to both declutter what I have and turn down the free stuff that comes my way.

i enjoyed reading this alot, the part of my mind who views many of my belongings as frivolous constantly fights the part of my mind that simply just enjoys owning things, it's a struggle figuring out which part is right, or if theres a true balance.

@bmh @madeinv i get you. if we knew where the exact line is, we wouldn't even think about it as a problem

i mostly think of physical items via whether it sparks "joy" a la marie kondo. the physical dvds and books i have do spark joy, since i enjoy the memory of them even when i don't use them. :D
