I download a button and then drew my design ( if you want the ridges you can draw over them) added my text , for the shine I just drew a white line then exported the image with the shine in each position, the I upload it to ez gif and make it into a gif :D I can put a better tutorial on my website if you want! Or try find one somewhere else. You can also you the button maker but it’s pretty limited.

As long as it's 88x31 pixels, anything can be a button! I open a 88x31 canvas in my art program, draw the design in, and voila!
