another tinyupdate. changed the rat to a picrew bc the rat was not entirely The Rat that is rattus/august and i do feel distinctly like a human animal recently : )

re: your latest journal post; i both relate to your writing a lot and also have had 1-2 years of actively working on the "feeling things in the body" issue (somatic therapy has been rly valuable). it's so frustrating and painful to start unraveling that thread, so sending you virtual hugs (if you're a hug person!). just wanted to share that you're not alone in this 💚 : )
