it's ok to rest and take breaks. we all need to recharge after difficult events happen. still, i know firsthand that self isolation can be scary when it goes on for too long, so i'm hoping you'll have the strength to come out of your chrysalis when it's time. no matter what, you'll be okay. you're putting in the effort to make it so!! and your life is a net positive, you deserve to be happy, healthy, and carefree
