Dear People's of Neocities: I have updated my GPG key because I suck at actually using anything, this time I won't fuck everything up so please stick to the new key I just added. You may need to clear cache to get the new key but whatever. Also, NeoMutt to be setup *properly* soon tho I'll still be able to respond to unencrypted emails for the time being.

Btw yes im serious when I say that if ANY GPG-change occurred from here on out, im either hacked by da feds or something went so majorly wrong that fed-hacks happening to me wouldve been better.
Well, unless of course they ever manage to crack 4096-bit RSA encryption with quantum computers (but then i think its gonna be obvious as to why id change my key to an upgraded size)
