Are you sure you want to do this?
try not to think of your situation as a curse... you're doing your part in passively taking down the system by contributing as little as possible, being as minimally invested in it as possible, not spawning new wageslaves. it is noble.
I do like to think that way too. By not buying into the system's lies and being minimalist with what I have and what I can offer to society. At the same time, I do want to help those I care for.
You shouldn't lie on an application, even if it'll get you a better job. I know it's easy for me to say, but I think you hate the act because your soul knows the dignity given to you by God's the only thing you have left. This country's the way it is, because too men many men, those then and those now, were willing to lie to succeed.
Cont. This country, even when Washington fought his war has always been marked by liars screwing over good people. Congress wouldn't even pay Washington's soldiers so they could buy bread for their war. The only reason why the States exist was because Washington placed the colonies in the hands of God. He was a man who'd discipline his soldiers if they ever swore. And, he won the war.
Cont. This is to say, in terrible situations, God will do much for one person who does all they can to lead a moral life even when the world makes it difficult. You probably wouldn't want to be like your parents anyhow, even if they are rich. No matter what they have, riches can't change the fact that they've committed a grave crime of ruining a life God entrusted to them. This comes from a habit of evil.
