basically, "boosts" can be applied to anyone's account without the account owner knowing. as long as someone has your user id, they can inject javascript into any website without you knowing.

mainly just trial and error, and the browser devtools (inspect element). i would say the most important thing to know is that the class of each comment is just "comment"
