@badgraph1cs That's a good Devo song! However, I got it from "A Day in the Life" by the Beatles. You probably knew this, Mark Mothersbaugh was inspired by them ^^ and the song was lyrics was a tip of the hat

One can hope... Devo are only ever remembered for Whip It when they have this entire canon of other work. (also you're talking to someone who has never heard a beatles song in her entire life, unless you count Ringo Starr singing "Pop Goes the Diesel")

love your costume ideas with collages and explanations for each! i got a real kick out of pikachu and ketchup! thats so funny, adorable, and creative! my vote definitely has to go to bulma and vegeta though, they are just the most iconic and recognizable pair. for just lounging around the house though? maybe #3 then!

@strawberry I agree, Bulma & Vegeta are iconic! Especially amongst friends who aren't familiar with most anime. I'm probably likely to save $$$ with #3 ^^.

Gave my index page a makeover: changed background image, a newer Perona fanart drawing, and slightly different color schemes. Went from soft pink to beige

A new blog post: I visited a soda shop, and not just any kind of soda shop! I went to Galco's in Highland Park.

That soda shop is so cute! Bottled soda has such a special charm!

Added an update log for September 9th and tweaked my paragraphs

New journal entry-- nothing specific! I just hope you are all are enjoying your Equinox.

Here is Spring Equinox, I don't like Spring much because is still cold and rainy, but this week it has been alright, the weather forecast looks promising too. Also, I dunno if it's on my pc but your blog layout doesn't show like in the preview, it's missing the lace borders and the images are out of the place, I tried hard refresh but it didn't work too

But it's missing the updated css file (usually when it's happens to me it's because I forgot to update the css lol)

@nekonokuni Oh gosh, I totally forgot that not everyone is in the same hemisphere! Thank you for reminding me. Hey at least your summer (the "winter" Holidays, if you celebrate them) will be warm and sunny! I was worried that my layout wouldn't show up properly for other viewers and I'm curious how it would look on other people's monitors. Could it be a browser thing? (Others, feel free to weigh on this)

@nekonokuni I just did a double refresh on my Firefox & Microsoft browser and it looks all in place O.O I know it looks horrid on a smart phone tho XD

love the new purple + bat layout for the autumn blog!! thank goodness the cooler weather is here right (though it's still 90 for me lol)? your spooktober drawings are sooo cute! i really enjoy how soft and whimsical your style is. drawing beats doom scrolling anyday!

@cherrycloudchiffon I like the heat but mostly of the people don't, I think that's funny especially with old ladies that they complain a lot of the summer but they usually have lived their whole lives here and didn't get used to it lol I don't think that summer heat is too much unless when it's warm at night, but that's because the city where I live is really stuff.

I really like beach cities bc it's sunny and warm but with cool winds that bring the smell of beach (whatever it's called lol) so it's perfect. But it's weird that the layout doesn't work on my pc, it's probably bc I am using a outdated version of firefox lol

@Arachne I heard some places are still in the 90 degrees Fahrenheit. Los Angeles went up to mid 80s (I take it over 110 haha) but our evenings are cooler now. Thanks for the blog comments, it always nice hearing from you ^^ and I hope you are doing well <3

@nekonokuni I know plenty of people who loves heat! In fact, they ended up moving to desert & tropical places because it's better for their physical health depends on it...they can't do cold regions. I had a client who hates cold, even with mildly cold weather. When it comes to beaches, I love it when there's a cool breeze and when it's like 23-29 degrees celsius... usually the beaches I go to can be quite cold XD
