How do they get FAQs? Where do the frequently asked questions come from, or do they just make it up and no one really asked questions?

The robot is the one who liked this, like every single thing that gets posted in my profile no matter what it could be. I doubt it looks at anything I made.
I imagine that a lot of people use FAQs to answer questions they imagine a lot of people wondering about, but may or may not have been asked directly
tbf i’ve made mine up more as general questions that may be asked (which mostly is for like art of ‘what do you use to draw’), others might’ve included actual questions ppl have asked once or twice
