Yeah I just follow a TON of people (that I actually want to follow, don't just spam everyone) and maybe they'll follow back, maybe they won't. Thankfully people don't post too frequently so it's pretty manageable for me to follow around 200 sites. Although I think commenting on people's posts frequently over time after you follow them also helps a ton
