Huh, so apparently, I See Stars is still active. They have released their first album since 2016. A SAASP reaction / review will be coming this weekend sometime. I might do it audio only since they don't seem to have music videos.

Dudesverse meta-update you probably don't care about: Sierra's OC brother, formerly Jack, has been renamed to Steven to avoid confusion with an upcoming OC also named Jack. In updates you actually do care about, Go Fest 2025 is chugging along.

I've been trying to do shorter writing every day for the backlog as opposed to longer segments more sporadically which I'd been doing in hopes that'll help maintain consistency and avoid burnout, so the New Years resolution (or at least getting Reverse Mode III done) is more viable by the end of the year.

ok, so the promise of go fest 2025 by the end of august isn't happening...accidentally got back into doing art trades (email or dm if you want to do one) and fixated on virtu.pet...promise it is getting done soon, though, since it's fully outlined and pretty short

Also, there's finally a page for the non-canon Dudesverse vignettes my mom writes, which could theoretically contain other shorts I got gifted or commissioned. So, if anyone wants to put Spark, Arlo, and/or the Ronnies into situations (no pun intended), now's your chance!
Realized I hadn't updated the thoughts archive in a while, but also haven't been posting on thoughts.page much (been doing boring RL stuff). I can't decide whether my karaoke adventures go under personal (edge cultivation, socialization, daily life) or music (either EtF/FIR or other depending on what I do that night), so they're going on both.
Nothing about the PM2024 reviews has notably changed. I just noticed it didn't have consistent parenthetical formatting and was using obsolete tags, so I fixed that.
