my breathing worse and idk if its irranttional for me to be gen thinking that mom posioned my meds I take that she gives so she can abuse them?

we almost got robbed.

my shrink increased my dosage in my antidepressent and now I want to dump all the pills down the toilet because I feel like they are posioning me.

I'm not an expert by any means, so I'm not certain, but wouldn't poisoning your meds put her at risk too if she's abusing them? Again, not certain (I like your poetry, by the way)
@noxu well she usually gives me the meds instead of me just getting them and setting up the machine or whatever myself. My inhaler isn't working and I suspect mom did something to it. So. Maybe, maybe not? (Thanks for liking my poetry!)
