w3school has tones of resources on coding, stackoverflow has resources that can help you solve issues. pretty much google anything you want to find in terms of html/css.

theres a lot of templates out there to use, one being the famous sadgrl layout builder that is most commonly used.

you can try searching up f2u layouts/templates or check out peoples following page because people on here follow sites that provides templates as well.
