regarding your lack of movement, even just getting up from your relaxed position to stretch, walk around a bit, and breathe a little is enough to get your blood flowing and help you feel less stagnant. if you can muster it, take a walk around the block - it's still exercise even if it's lowkey. wishing you lots of peace, i'm currently quite depressed myself, so i empathize a lot with you. <3

Work has been absolutely insane lately - there are so many things I wanted to do for this site but I've had zero time, and when I do, I'm sleeping or catching up with family. Hoping it'll all lighten up come mid-June...

Work has been really silly lately, so I haven't had any time to work on the site or update my musings. I'm wanting to simplify the site and also make a new layout ofc, I'm hoping I have time to do so soon. But I'm still here <3
