I have only two things to point out: (1) regarding the not_found.html page, it should be mentioned that the file must be placed in your site's root directory (i.e., the same directory in which the index.html file is located); and (2) currently I don't see any bold font marking any sections of this article.
DANGIT! Thank you so much for pointing that out, lolwut! I was frantically working to finish this article off before work in the morning and did not have time to glance at it in Neocities. Lamentably, I had updated a CSS file to add subheadings the day prior, and completely forgotten to upload the new version of that file. Very sorry, everyone. I will do my best to avoid repeating this embarrassing error.
