okay I found a temporary(?) solution, I might switch back to marquee if I find its working again. it does mess with some of my graphics tho so I'm gonna go back and change some of em

marquee stopped working randomly??? supposedly it's due to a bug in chrome but I'm seeing it's also bc the tag is depreciated apparently. no clue how to do it in css and I'm almost certain it'll break my whole website if I try so no scrolling graphics for a while ig :/

i still see your marquee working fine
