This year's first animation, in memory of my father, who introduced me to modern art at a very young age. His favorite artist, Vasarely, was the main source of inspiration for this animation.
@frammyjammy You're too kind. And yes, I always do the audio editing myself (I've been working with audio and creating music since 1991). My biggest problem is my compulsive drive for perfection, which means I'm never satisfied and sometimes it just takes too long to finish something (so I often just give up).
I get that. I'm a bit of perfectionist too especially when it comes to mixing audio, I hate to give up on a project, but I admit I have done that too. Your mixes are really good to my ears. Also, damn, since 1991? I've only been doing music since about 2017--I'm a audio engineer fetus in comparison . . . I'm still learning!
Almost everything I’ve done is available online for free; it’s all on this blog: https://insaneprojectsblog.wordpress.com/. I used to think that after a long learning process, I’d become a master at it, but now I know I was wrong. Learning never stops, and in a way, that’s a good thing, because getting better step by step is exactly what makes it fun (me being sappy 😂).
Awesome! I'll be giving your music a listen now while I draw, thanks for the link. And yeah, isn't that so true. I figured one day I'd actually be satisfied with my art completely--still hasn't happened yet--and I'm not complaining about it. It's nice to know I can only go up, learning each time I create something new, I get a little better each and everyday.

Dude! That animation + song is sick! I forgot you had animations--I love your video MeTube so much. Do you make the music too?
