Exclusively, I do. It seems as though it only shows up on the acitivty feed every 24 hours tho. It's not like every time you do an update, a new post to the feed shows up. But the initial post is updated if you update the same page over and again. Once you hit 24 hours from last update, it will make a new post to the feed tho.
As such, I don't think it's too annoying at all. But I was def worried about it early on.
