buy a really ultra cheap $20 laptop, install Arch (or if ur desperate for performance, Gentoo Linux), then code on that. If necessary, use VPN/Proxy or TOR to upload the files, or just upload when u get home.
if you own a tablet you can code on that, i made my entire site on an ipad lol
