1. Drink more water || 2. Jacking off even if you're not Christian is a terrible idea, especially if you're doing it daily (or worse, multiple times daily). || 3. Not jacking off for a week or so practically resets everything, you can get off to far less intense unholy things. || 4. QUIT WATCHING THE UNHOLY STUFF IT IS BEYOND PROVEN TO RUIN YOU REEEEEEEE

To add onto the first point btw, water is unironically like a sort of magical cure for many things. Headache? Try drinking more water. Dizzyness? Wait a minute if you need to in order to function, but then get a cup of water. It's legitimately like magic.

@andyssite water is a far better cure to the average sickness than eating more tbh. It also seems better than medicine in some cases (though not all, and if you've tried it yet it still doesn't work, then either wait it out like I do or medicine whichever is necessary).
