my main issue with it is that i cant make it any bigger without having to scroll partly to see it or it ends up going downwards if this even makes sense. it doesnt look right at the size its at now but i dont know how i can make it any bigger

i think your problem is that the image has a lot of blank space above and below so it's going off screen when you try to change the size. if you crop out a majority of the empty space, it should be easier to change the size without making the screen scroll
