How many of these videos and channels would you retain if you knew then what you do now?
I'd keep every single video (or, better yet, every single thing I've made. I only updated my games earlier this year because I recovered deleted 8 year old files). I was a wreck for a long time though, so nuclear hellfire baptised most of my stuff.
