added a feature to weather where you get a random activity to do based on the weather conditions. it's completely snarky and useless.

the index page now has a small unobtrusive list of the most current updates to the site. it is emphemeral, so if there's nothing new, it will not be displayed. this quickly informs any user of what's new without even logging in. if the user wants more information on these updates, then they can visit the 'log'. also, i upgraded the compents of the OS, so the boot time has been cut in half.

vagabondOS v1.17.408 has released. Now with a 'weather' command I built from scratch. It displays your local weather, which requires you to allow your browser to access your location. This was more for fun as I was learning and implementing new programming concepts at the same time.
