oh yes, the urge to delete everything. I know that feeling. You want to escape some people, but then you purge everything, just to come back again. But I did deleted my facebook profile 7 years ago, and im on my third (and final) instagram, but now I only follow people that I personaly know and a few blogs and buisnesses. I dont have the app anymore, and I only check my profile every few days. It works for me! :)

just found out that the phrase "steep learning curve" originally had the opposite meaning (being quick and easy to learn). I guess that means you'd be going down the slope instead of up it? anyways
