Forgor to mention, I'm taking a break from the site to work on a game again, shouldn't be away for a long time, just started to burn out on the gallery stuff, it's a hell of a lot and I'd like to post it when it's at least a semblance of being done.

lil update on how this next update is going, I've developed a system to where I can use a json js file to house all art that will go on the gallery page, featured widget, and the art pages themselves. When the page loads the site will check the json for the art entries and display them on site, so I don't have to actually edit the webpages to add new art, I only have to add a new json entry in a single file. โด

Man, y'all need to support RSS feeds, and by y'all I mean ๏ผฅ๏ผถ๏ผฅ๏ผฒ๏ผน๏ผฏ๏ผฎ๏ผฅ๏ผThey're awesome and RSS needs to make a resurgence, and if yah don't know what RSS is look it up, stands for ๐ง๐๐๐ก๐ก๐ฎ ๐จ๐๐ข๐ฅ๐ก๐ ๐จ๐ฎ๐ฃ๐๐๐๐๐ฉ๐๐ค๐ฃ and it's great for doing site new, updates, art post, etc... give it a gander online, yt, it's been around since forever and it's not supported enough!

Currently working on my own feed support, still a bit far off but I hope to make a cool feed where I can post updates and share art when I finish my gallery and can post art.

Hey, I may or may not repost this depending on how things go, but if neos has truly removed follow notifs, please comment and say hi or something, this ain't interaction begging bollocks, I just wanna see people who follow me, It was nice being able to see the people that followed and maybe following back, common interest and all :)

Something I've been doing with my site for a while now is just live testing and using neos for small updates and changes, I've recently gotten access to a method of localhosting my website for testing and changes. Now I'll be posting more dramatic changes going forward, maybe a bit slower, but more rich in the changes I make to the site.

I may still do small bugfixes and tweaks whevever I might need to tho, as some things are a bit different between localhost and uploading to neos. Hope y'all enjoy my site and the direction it's headed, I have alot of work to do, but it's been a fun learning experience <(๏ฟฃ๏ธถ๏ฟฃ)>

Along with that, the pages that will house my art won't be like most neos galleries, taking you to a raw png file, they will be housed on there own web page with a similar layout to the 2011-13 dA page, and along with that is another achivement, all art will exist on a quote-unquote "single html file", in other words, I'm using the json file to again load the images to a single webpage. โด
I can do this by another little system that adds url params to the html file, in which my page will read the url params, then it will show the content based off the params. Doing this eliminates site bloat and having a billion of what will be the same page layout but with different art and descriptions, also my comment system treats url params as different pages, so each piece or art as it's own comments <3 โด
I've done quite a huge amount of work on this update, but as of now it's still going to be a while off, as I'm currently working on a system of folders to house and organize my art into, again in the feel of old pre-eclipse dA, however I'm running into problems on implementation between the json file and the single page pagination I'm using to give my gallery multiple "pages" to click through. โด
Looking to find a new pagination system that doesn't require jquery and allows multiple paginator containers on a page, but it seems most alternatives are lacking in features and quality, and I won't to completely remove jquery from my site, but as it stands I might need it for the gallery page (๐๐ ๐ฎ๐๐ ๐ ๐ฃ๐ค๐ฌ ๐๐ฃ๐ฎ ๐๐ฆ๐ช๐๐ง๐ฎ-๐ก๐๐จ๐จ ๐ฅ๐๐๐๐ฃ๐๐ฉ๐๐ค๐ฃ ๐จ๐ฎ๐จ๐ฉ๐๐ข๐จ, ๐ก๐๐ข๐ข๐๐ ๐ฃ๐ค๐ฌ) โด
