i learned from BadGraph1csGhost that Neocities apparently gutted the default template that you were given when making a new page, so i uploaded a copy of it! feel free to use it for whatever you want!
of all the things i never thought i'd need an archive copy of: the old neocities page template :P I also put your archived version onto my site next to an alternative basic template that i made myself.
