this gave me a whole new perspective on sdr2!! i always wrote the game off as being cheap and bad because i didnt like the setting, but i really appreciate the things its trying to say now <3 also i'll admit i agreed with komaeda's philosophy for the longest time too lol

Agreed on the dissolution, and I feel like just because we can't at present imagine what it'd be like doesn't mean it's not possible ever, y'know? Even though it is radical. Though, I can't imagine it happening in our lifetime.

finally a refreshing take on self-inserts <3 i hate it when people act like they're this horrible thing you're not allowed to write, when they can actually be a pretty good opportunity for self-awareness and introspection. as long as you're true to yourself and don't end up making a mary sue, i see no problem in making a self-insert character.

actually thinking about the concept of a mary sue a little more, it could be some good existential psychological horror thing, even if i don't really know what any of the words i just said actually mean
