what do i even put on my site anymore. i want to put something important and meaningful but everything meaningful i have to say is far too edgy and will get me exiled from society (volountary exile minecraft reference)

i dont think that 'edginess' is a bad thing, though. personal websites are personal, its in the name, and so its something we do for ourselves first and foremost. that means posting what you want, and saying what you want. if youre not hurting anyone, then just be yourself. let people think what they think, as long as you say what you feel <3

thats an understandable concern, but i think its still okay to take a risk like this for now. i dont think youd offend anyone, tbh. who knows, maybe itll do the opposite, and make people feel less alone. just say what you want to say <3

finally a refreshing take on self-inserts <3 i hate it when people act like they're this horrible thing you're not allowed to write, when they can actually be a pretty good opportunity for self-awareness and introspection. as long as you're true to yourself and don't end up making a mary sue, i see no problem in making a self-insert character.
actually thinking about the concept of a mary sue a little more, it could be some good existential psychological horror thing, even if i don't really know what any of the words i just said actually mean
