I come on here to maybe post and update things after my life has settled, and when i check my website, it shows the top page, but then immediately scrolls down to the bottom and i can't scroll up to the top??? What is happening??

If I zoom out using control and the minus key, it shows the content. It might be an issue of any rules you have about resizing the content to fit the screen dimensions, if I had to guess.
