Finally finishing reading the book "Why We Sleep". I posted my notes as usual. I encourage everyone to glance over parts that look interesting to them or do their own research into sleep. It is vital to our physical and mental health.

Just removing a dead link someone pointed out as well as updating another to reflect the actual CLI file upload service I use.
I also carry a notebook with me, I originally wanted to use it as a journal, but it seems like most of the time I just use it to write things down to remember later and to scribble in when I'm bored. Still much more fun than doing it digitally though!
