there's a guide for it here ( http://aleclownes.com/2017/02/01/crt-display.html ), i also have the code i use at the bottom of my stylesheet ( https://shinyexe.neocities.org/complex.css ) and this javascript ( https://shinyexe.neocities.org/crt.js ). you're free to copy my crt code snippets, if you need to :D

alright, i have it somewhat figured out, it's on this page ( https://shinyexe.neocities.org/testing ). the css code is near the top here ( view-source:https://shinyexe.neocities.org/testing ). our page layouts are very different, but i'm sure the code can be configured for your site!
