is it bad to look at other ppls css to learn how to use css, i dont steal it but i try to see what they do and look up what they do then i try to make someting using the same tags i dont copy and paste but i look up a tut on how to use the tags and stuff

i don't think theres anything wrong with it!! coding is honestly just people sharing knowledge with each other. i think for the majority of coders we just want everyone to learn and help people make their websites look how they want to!!
