I had to take my site down for the time being (tldr; personal stuff going on). I really enjoy the neocities thing and hope I can continue to enjoy it. I do wanna say that I have really enjoyed this the last couple months. While I wouldn't say I've made friends here in the traditional sense, I would say that you guys are friends.
