Ok so I'm pretty new to neocities. Apparently it sometimes takes a while for certain changes to show up. The weird part was that if I put the css inside say a div tag in the html file the changes updated immediately but when using the stylesheet it took at least an hour. What I might have to do is create the site locally on my hd which I probably should have been doing anyway
Yeah, this is definitely the way to go. Make your temporary/small changes locally and then commit big updates on Neocities. In some cases creating a local python server to get an accurate build is ideal as well (it sounds more complicated than it is).
