As an addendum to what I posted earlier, don't abuse the site you're getting services from. The block button is located at the very bottom of every site page, underneath the site tags. It's there for a reason.

CSS has been completely rewritten. I'm still tinkering with it, but it's mostly done. Expect some broken pages until I can get everything up and running smoothly. Also, Ribbons is missing!
