okay I gotta stop working on my website for today because I have a job or something. Give feedback Neocities friends! Are the TV scanline and flicker effects okay? Should I offer an option to toggle them on and off?
They're great! You don't need an off switch, I don't think they're intense enough to cause an epileptic seizure :D.
