SORRY (ish) for having to update every single page AGAIN, but this should now be the last time. I got an HTML loader code (from netfriend) to load my header and nav on each page so now when i make updates to the nav bar, i only need to do it ONCE and not THIRTY TIMES. this site is getting too big for the frankencode its running on.

found at least one recent webring application in my junk folder, any older ones that ended up there would have been deleted so i dont know if there was more. if anyone applied to my webring and never got a response, please resend!
