What happened to it?
Nobody knows; they just haven't updated in a year and a half. (The last update before *that* was ten months prior.) Hopefully the person behind the scenes is doing well and will return someday. In the meantime, as mentioned, neo-neighborhoods is growing and has been updating fairly regularly.
