finished webring kinda. wanna add a few images to the side and cool sites that aren't neighbors, but the main part is done. also added hover sounds to main menu, though they're a bit buggy.
still can't get custom fonts to work but at least i knocked a few pages out.
also added a guestbook which i may or may not keep.
